9. CALIFORNIA CONSUMER PRIVACY ACT (CCPA)
Do Not Sell My Personal Information
This section applies to California consumers under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”). When we use the term “personal information” in this section, we use it as defined by the CCPA: information that identifies, relates to, describes, or may reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, to a particular consumer or household. This does not include publicly available, de-identified, or aggregated consumer information, nor does it cover information collected from employees, contractors, job applicants, or representatives of organizations that interact with us in a business capacity.
The categories of personal information we collect, the sources from which we receive it, the purposes for which we use it, and with whom we share it are described throughout this Privacy Policy. Whether we sell personal information, and under what circumstances, depends on the particular Service. Where applicable, we provide additional disclosure specific to that Service on our website at SpatialMods.com.
Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident and not a job seeker, employee, contractor, or employee of a company interacting with us in a business capacity, you have the right to:
- Request information about what personal data we collect, use, and disclose
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of the sale of your personal information
To exercise these rights, please contact us at legal@spatialmods.com. You will be asked to provide enough information for us to verify your identity before we process your request. If we cannot verify your identity initially, we may request additional documentation.
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must either provide a letter signed by you confirming their authority and their registration with the California Secretary of State, or you and the agent must provide a notarized power of attorney authorizing the agent to act on your behalf.
Spatial Mods will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights under the CCPA.
California residents may opt out of the sale of their personal information by contacting us at legal@spatialmods.com.
